Redesigning Services

Service redesign is an approach to improving outcomes and efficiency in health by developing whole patient pathways. There are a huge number of tools for service redesign and there may also be an agreed local approach as part of a wider programme.

All innovations include some elements of service redesign; however, service redesign can be innovative with the primary focus being on how we deliver patient care as a process. This section looks at service redesign innovations that the Clinical Innovation Adoption team is supporting.
